Raising awareness about major neurodegenerative diseases, their symptoms, and underlying patho-physiologies. Through stories from affected individuals and initiatives like ARSLA and PingPongParkinson, the aim is to better understand these diseases and provide support for patients and their communities.

Highlighting the challenges and advancements in combating ALS.

Role:
Creators of the “5 Ironmans Beat Alzheimer” initiative.
Contribution:
Showcasing how physical endurance challenges can raise awareness about Alzheimer’s disease. How sport prevent the degenerative diseases through a scientific program.
Sandra Czernicki & Stefan Dürr
Role:
Co-leader and patient representative of the PingPongParkinson initiative in Berlin. Sandra is also an ambassador for Pfeffersport Berlin, whose mission is to ensure inclusion in sport and Stefan road the project Mit "Parkinson nach Paris".
Contribution:
Promoting the use of table tennis as holistic therapy for Parkinson’s disease. How social events support patients.
Anthony Desjardins
Role:
Advocate for Parkinson’s disease awareness.
Contribution:
Through personal storytelling and sports, he emphasizes the importance of physical activity as a non-pharmacological treatment for Parkinson’s and breaks common stereotypes about the disease.
